Book preorders are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Webinar tickets are processed by Eventbrite. Each provider's own terms apply to those transactions. Digital products are delivered electronically; physical books ship on or around the official release date of May 17, 2026. Refund eligibility for preorders is honored up until your order ships or, for digital goods, until the file is delivered.
